What does White Diet mean?

It is quite simple as its name shows, it is allowed to consume mainly white foods, like chicken, turkey, fish, rice, eggs, baked goods. The point is that we shouldn’t eat foods with strong colored pigments as long as the whitening material is still in progress – as they could change the (wished) color.

There is nothing to worry about as it is not a classic diet, so you can eat almost everything as white chocolate and wine exist!
